Fully-certified since 1990, I’ve been successfully coaching clients internationally and facilitating their self-growth. Originally from Santa Monica, Walter has lived in Hawaii for the last 31 years. He first began considering personal growth as a career in 1985, when after reading 'The Handbook To Higher Consciousness' by Ken Keyes Jr., he met and began studying with the author. In 1986, Walter completed the entire curriculum offered by Lifespring, Inc., and in 1990 went to work in their Chicago office as an Enrollment Coordinator, generating the highest percentage of immediate Advanced Course upgrades for new students in the history of the company.

After moving to Hawaii in 1991, he went to work for PSI Seminars Inc. in the PSI V Division, until the last PSI V Course was held in Hawaii in 1993.

For the next five years he taught the Parenting Course, 'Redirecting Children's Behavior', with over 400 Hawaii families participating. In 1998, he trained and facilitated with ALOHA Seminars, Inc., to deliver that highly impactful process to hundreds of students in Honolulu.

In 2002, Walter founded Mortgage Free Americans with his partner, Abe Lee, coaching more than 450 families in Hawaii and the mainland to use basic financial principles for accelerating mortgage debt cost reduction, generating over $20 million of interest savings in just 6 years.

Walter completed the entire 'Curriculum for Living' offered by Landmark Worldwide in 2009. In 2013 he coordinated the return of the Landmark curriculum to Hawaii, resulting in a Landmark Forum being held in Honolulu in 2016, after an absence of 22 years.

Walter has worked with some of the nation's top performance coaches, including Mark Victor Hansen and Matthew Ferry. After more than 35 years of learning, training and teaching, and having coached literally thousands of people, he brings his experience and passion to teaching the simplest and most effective communication practices he has found.
