For over three decades, I've had the privilege of guiding individuals across the globe on their paths to self-growth and empowerment. As a fully-certified coach since 1990, my mission is to help you navigate feelings of overwhelm or being stuck, introducing clarity, inspiring purposeful action, and fostering a deep sense of peace of mind. I specialize in equipping you with practical techniques to effectively manage the emotional currents of everyday life.

 

A Lifelong Dedication to Personal Growth

My journey into the world of personal development began in 1985. Originally from Santa Monica, I found my home in the inspiring landscapes of Hawaii 31 years ago. A pivotal moment came after reading "The Handbook To Higher Consciousness" by Ken Keyes Jr., which led me to study directly with the author, igniting a lifelong passion.

My commitment to understanding the dynamics of transformation deepened through comprehensive training. In 1986, I completed the entire curriculum offered by Lifespring, Inc., and by 1990, I was making a significant impact in their Chicago office as an Enrollment Coordinator, achieving unprecedented success in guiding new students toward advanced learning.

Upon returning to Hawaii in 1991, I continued my work with PSI Seminars Inc., contributing to their PSI V Division until 1993. Recognizing the importance of strong family foundations, I then dedicated five years to teaching the 'Redirecting Children's Behavior' parenting course, positively influencing over 400 families in Hawaii. My journey in facilitation continued in 1998 when I trained with ALOHA Seminars, Inc., delivering their highly impactful programs to hundreds of students in Honolulu.

A Legacy of Empowerment and Financial Well-being

In 2002, driven by a desire to empower families financially, I co-founded Mortgage Free Americans with Abe Lee. Together, we coached over 450 families across Hawaii and the mainland, applying fundamental financial principles to accelerate mortgage debt reduction. This initiative resulted in over $20 million in interest savings for these families within just six years, a testament to the power of clear guidance and strategic action.

My pursuit of knowledge and mastery in coaching continued with Landmark Worldwide, where I completed the entire 'Curriculum for Living' in 2009. I was honored to play a key role in coordinating the return of the Landmark curriculum to Hawaii in 2013, culminating in a Landmark Forum held in Honolulu in 2016 after a 22-year absence.

With over 35 years dedicated to learning, training, and teaching, and having coached thousands of individuals from diverse backgrounds, I bring a wealth of experience and a profound passion for sharing the simplest, most effective communication and growth practices I've discovered.
